The brief was to create a multilingual site for the campaign to be promoted across a range of media, including social and search. During discovery calls with the client, we identified the need to categorize multiple types of events to ensure easy search functionality for web users. The website also required functionality for course providers such as universities to log in and upload their events. The events would then be sent to the website administrators for approval prior to posting to the front end for booking by web users.

Adult Learners Week
Each year our client ALW runs a campaign to promote education to adults across a variety of topics and subjects. This campaign is designed to encourage adults to enroll in university, access further education courses, and attend educational events.
Hybrid planned the user journey from intrigue to enrollment, ensuring the site was optimized for conversion. It was designed and developed as a multi-lingual website and has a complex event submission and approval platform which was developed within just eight weeks. In its first year, the site was visited by 18,000 people and played an integral part in over 1,100 new enrolments. Each year the client returns before the start of the new campaign. The website is updated according to web user feedback to improve ease of use and to add new features.
